Jessa Seewald (Duggar) recently answered fan questions about her pregnancy and posted the Q&A on her Youtube channel. Jessa and Ben Seewald are expecting their 4th baby very soon! Jessa is in her 3rd trimester. Here are the top 5 revelations from Jessa’s Q&A.
1 – Fear and Anxiety
Jessa experienced fear and anxiety with this pregnancy in the first trimester. She says she had a hard time feeling excited at first because this pregnancy followed a miscarriage, which I think is completely understandable.
2- 1st Hospital Birth
Jessa will be giving birth at the hospital this time. So far, her births have all been at home, so this will be her first hospital birth. She told her family she may get an epidural!
3- Complications
Jessa has had postpartum hemorrhage 2 times, with Spurgeon and Ivy. This is the reason she is leaning towards hospital birth. Midwives in Arkansas cannot carry Pitocin, which is what she may need in case of hemorrhage.
4- Hospital Support
At the hospital, Jessa will be accompanied by her mom Michelle Duggar and her husband Ben.
5- Gender Reveal Plans
Jessa and Ben are keeping the gender secret and not telling their kids before birth. They’ll wait and tell them immediately after the birth and Spurgeon and Henri will be the ones announcing the gender to the family.
