Welcome to Plathville March 2024 Update – Olivia Spills Tea on Season 6

This is a Welcome to Plathville update for 2024, and there’s lots to catch up on with Olivia, Ethan, Micah, Moriah, Kim, and Barry Plath and all their family drama.

Welcome to Plathville premiered in 2019 and has now had 5 seasons that documented the ups and downs of their family. They started in season 1 as an innocent-looking family that did not eat sugar and never watched TV, and now there are divorces, a lot of tension, and things have really been flipped upside down.

Olivia Plath

Let’s start with the fact that Olivia Plath, who recently got divorced from Ethan, went on a podcast called So Bad It’s Good with Ryan Bailey, and she spilled the tea and confirmed that Welcome to Plathville season 6 is on its way. And that’s not all, she said and I quote: “I’m a petty bitch. I know that Kim thought that I wouldn’t be a part of Plathville anymore when Ethan and I got divorced and I know that she’s disappointed… I’m just reveling in that a tiny bit.”

We can expect season 6 of Welcome to Plathville to be very Olivia vs everybody. Olivia now lives in LA and she is embracing her villain role. She did mention on the podcast that she has dated but does not use apps. If she’s in LA, I wonder if she lives close To Micah, maybe that makes it easier for filming.

Micah Plath

Olvia has recently been to Seattle and also volunteers with an organization called the Good Karma LA, which gives meals to the homeless. She also still does wedding photography and hangs out with her sister quite a lot. 

Speaking of LA, Micah is still modeling and traveling often to see his family. He was the bartender on Watch What Happens Live randomly. Great for Micah but unexpected!

Moriah Plath

Moriah released a new song called Circus, which is ironic because her family can be a little bit of a circus. She still has her huge dog, and she’s been spending time with family members, including Lydia and even Kim.

Do you remember Max her ex that cheated on her? Well, apparently, word on the street is that he’s becoming a dad.

Ethan Plath

As for Ethan, he has posted on Instagram only once since announcing his breakup with Olivia and very predictably it was about cars, he said: “I went to The Henry Ford museum in Detroit a few weeks ago and that made me smile! I enjoyed every moment of it! The Duesenberg was my favorite ❤️ I can only hope to own one someday!”

Is it just me or do the Plaths travel a ridiculous amount? 

Either way, I just feel like the Plaths are authentically themselves onscreen and I think that makes the show a bit more authentic. Stay tuned for more with the Plaths, and watch my full video below!
