I wish I could tell you that Sister Wives season 15 episode 6 – called Different Wives and Rules – was chock full of amazing moments. Aside from a few entertaining moments (including Kody’s dramatic confessionals from Robyn’s garage), I thought there were only a few moments that were recap-worthy.
Top 3 moments of Sister Wives Season 15 Episode 6
Number 3: Janelle gathers the kids in her backyard to let them know that she asked Kody not to come around for a while because Garrison is working at construction sites and Gabriel is out a lot with friends for some reason. She doesn’t want to put the family at risk.
Remember when Gabriel didn’t even want to be in Flagstaff? Well, now he seems to not be able to help himself from seeing his new girlfriend and friends during the pandemic. In a cringe-worthy moment, he basically tells Janelle if dad’s not coming around for a month what’s the point of not seeing anybody? He says “I’m not at risk”. Oh, boy Gabriel.
Number 2: Kody says he may want to sue the state of Utah if they give him a ticket. Yes, that’s right. Kody and Robyn announce to the kids in this episode that a bill passed in Utah that makes polygamy more like a traffic ticket offense than a felony, and Kody says if he ever gets a ticket in Utah for polygamy he would be excited to sue the state. Bold statement!
He said he would even sell coyote pass to do it… Robyn tries to calm down his excitement about the topic in their confessional, but he’s all about it and she nervously laughs next to him. overall it’s a pretty big deal for the Browns that they don’t need to be scared about living in Utah ever again really, and this brings me to my #1 point.
Number 3: At the end of the episode, Christine tells her girls about the bill passing in Utah and she asks them if they would want to go back. I think she was looking for a “yes let’s move back! Home sweet home”. But the girls, Gwendolyn, Ysabel and Truely, were not so into it.
It seems like Christine wants to move back to Utah, and she says she’s going to tell Kody that’s what she wants to do. She even alludes to the fact that maybe they should sell coyote pass and move back. Not sure if any other wives would agree with her, let’s see what happens when she tells Kody about her ideas.
